Whether you're an absolute beginner wishing to explore the dancing world for the first time or an experienced dancer forever on the lookout for new exciting venues  to put your knowledge into practice, we at Dancing Club L.A. have a suitable night for you.

We will begin by telling you just a little bit about our selves.  Linda started her dancing career some thirty two years ago as a dance teacher at the Arthur Murray Dance School in the Strand teaching social and American style dancing and was promoted to Dance Director  responsible for teacher training.

She then trained in the English style of dancing and is a member of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. (LISTD HC). She spent several years involved in running a Dance School in Watford. On moving to London Linda opened her own classes in Southgate and Finchley and was fortunate to meet   Geoff - thus, Dancing Club L.A. was born (approx 12 years ago).

Geoff is a former international sportsman with a wealth of business experience behind him, providing excellent organisational skills and a driving ambition to provide the best service possible.

Together they make a formidable team - Linda is North London's No. 1 Social Dance Teacher  whose patience, sympathetic nature, knowledge and understanding are well documented by her many pupils.

The dances that are taught in the classes are:

 Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Jive, Samba and Paso Doble in the Latin American category, and

Waltz, Quickstep, Social Foxtrot/Slow Foxtrot, Tango and Viennese Waltz in the ballroom category. 

All tuition classes are taught in a three weekly cycle (1 latin dance for first half hour, 1 ballroom dance for 2nd half hour).
